SHIPPING
In House operates on a made-to-order model, with the possibility of limited inventory. Made-to-order silhouettes are crafted with care at our atelier and ship within 4 to 8 weeks. In-stock pieces will ship within 7 business days.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Cancellation: You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after you placed your order.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Any items not meeting these requirements will be shipped back to the original address without a refund.
Custom Pieces: All custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact: Email info@inhouse.studio within 7 days of receipt to request a return with the details of your order and contact information.
Refund Process: Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
